Wow, what a year this has been.  I have lost 161 pounds and 70 inches!  Nice to be able to buy some clothes off the rack and put some back because they are TOO BIG!  I still have many problems with my knees and they want to do a knee replacement.  Trying to hold off on that if I can as I hear it is a pretty rough surgery and recovery.  Still have about 60 pounds to go but I know I will do it.  My only disappointment besides my knees and still not being able to get around the way I thought I would....is all the loose skin.  I will still not be able to wear shorts or a bathing suit.  I don't think I will get any plastic surgery....too old to have to impress anyone...but never know.

I am 4 months out today and lost 83 lbs and 36 inches!!!   Still have problems walking but that could be arthritis and damage from being so fat for so long.  I actually bought 3 shirts from Walmart and they fit!  Husband can't wait till he can start shopping for me....oh no!
