Healthy Body May 3, 2009

I am 4 years out after wls.  weight is 158 this morning.  I am recovering from my hysterectomy. 
I had it ro remove the 4 pound fibroid that I had in my body. 
I am recovering very well.  Praise the Lord.  I feel really good.  Just ready to start working out again.
