"My first impression of my surgeon is that he is very smart and really wants to help people. My impression of him in that respect has not changed and I am six months post op. He still strikes me as very smart and very helpful. His office staff is great. There are a ton of them being that his is the only center around my area. They have a gym on site and I use it all the time. It is really going to be part of the key to getting my weight off. They also have support group and nutritional meetings, which I have not attended that much but I know a lot of other patients do attend and like them. Normally, I am not a group meeting type of personality. I would much rather use an online support group. I would rate my surgeon as excellent. He has a lot of prior work experience in trauma care and surgery which is a plus."
