"Dr. Moran was wonderful from day one. I first met him at the seminar and he answered all questions and explained all of the surgery types. He was very patient and took his time. I went to the seminar wanting Lap Band but chose RNY after he explained everything. One week later I went for my first appt. and took my husband with me for support. Dr. Morans staff, especially his nurse Janell Poole was very helpful and supportive. Dr. Moran came in and met with me and my husband and answered all of our questions and put me very much at ease. He explained all of the risks. What I liked most about him is he follows his patients from day one. He is the one that see's his patients at every appt. He calls you at home to check on you after surgery. He has a great bedside manner. He returns your calls when you need him. He does emphasize the aftercare program for for success and safety after surgery. I love Dr. Moran for saving my life and caring about me. To him I am important and not just another surgery patient. This is how he treats all of his patients."
