New Start

Have not been on here in ages.  Have been fighting depression off and on for several years now.  Dr. just increased my antidepressant medication.  Have been trying to get into a counseolork, but no one has any openings.  I think COVID has a lot to do with that.  I am on a couple waiting lists.  It is not easy for me to take this step.  I have had some not so good experiences with counseloors and have big trust issues as well.  But I think I am ready.  In addiiton, because of several health issuews and encouragement of my doctors I am having a revision from the sleeve to the bypass.  I am scheduled for September 28.  They will do hiatal hernia repair at the same time.
