wow............down 80 pounds and holding for about 4 weeks.  I'm at a stand still but its normal for about 5 mths out.  My hair loss is out off control but its still worth the whole experience.  I'm loving life and have tons off energy.  THANK GOD I'M FINALLY HERE..............have 40  more pounds to go to goal.  Wow who knew.

Well it's finally 3 mths post op and I'm down 65 pds.  I am so excited and happy but I am also learning that this is just a tool and not a quick fix.  I sometimes can feel myself going back to old habits.  I mean I can't go out and eat normal but picking and snacking can really sneak up on you.  So I'm being extra careful and doing my best to get all my water in everyday.  I don't want to slow down but I can go a week and not loose anything, then all off a sudden I'll lose like 5 pounds...........its a crazy ride and I'm loving it.

It's been about a mth out and I'm done 35 pounds.  I completely skipped over the purree stage and my doctor said to just start eating.  I live on chilli and protein.  I am a little afraid of hindering my weight loss but I just have to stay on track and eat the right kinds off foods.  I need to exercise much more and I'll be good. 

Well i've been on the other side now for about 2 weeks.  Well first let me say ..........OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  DAM, i didn't expect to experience the pain level that I did coming out of surgery.  I Don't know if its like that for everyone but it was one of the worst pains i've ever had...................I've had children!!!!!  I believe that it was from the gas that they put into your stomach. 
I don't want to discourage anyone but i'm Just being honest about my experience.  Other than the worst pain for two day, everything is fine.  I feel great.  No problems, nothing to complain about.  Its a mental thing now, I want food but my stomach can't have food.  I'm not hungry so i guess thats a good thing, but like I said ITS ALL MENTAL NOW!!!

well i haven't posted in awhile but that just cuz of the holidays and nothing really has been going on but I'm getting ready NOW!!  I've been on my liquid diet for 7 days now and I'm ready for surgery on Jan 10th.  I'm nervous, and just about thing that you can imagine is in my head.  So wish me Luck and pray for me.  I'll see you on the other side guys!!!

Well, i was approved, really fast too, it only took a week and tricare got it done.  Now i'm just scared off my butt.  I know i'm doing the right thing, but with my parents not in this boat with me its hard.  My husband supports me and my decision but i'm still scared.  I pray everyday this is what i'm supose to do.  Wish me luck, surgery sch for november 29th 2007

well nothing really to say exept im excited about going to my seminar next week and after that i think i'll feel alot better about the procedure.
