Just tired and unhappy

Back again still scared....6'1 370 54 yrs old........seen a friend who had bypass surgery with Dr. Bertha...nothing but good things to say...looked very healthy afther losing close to 200 pounds..so I'm going to try again, to move forward and do a seminar.......
