Lesson Learned: Gas/Treadmill

Don't EVER get on the treadmill with gas in the tummy again.  EVER!!!!!

Felt like rubber mallets bouncing around in my tummy with every step.  Could feel the gas building up before getting on the TM but thought I could do a quick 30 minutes before it got bad.  Nope!!!

The runners beside me do not know the enormous favor I bestowed upon them by holding it in.  I could have RIPPED a long deadly one and cleared the entire row of TM's out.  GEESH!!!
