I couldn't vomiting. It was the absolute worst. I don't want to jinx myself, but I think I finally turned the corner .
ive been vomit free since about 3pm. They also gave me an amazing acid blocker- miracle drugs I tell ya.

it was a hell night. I dry heaved and that was terrifying. I'm having passing waves of remorse, but honestly, there's no going back... Just forward. I'm in medium pain... But all in all ok. Walking hasn't paid off yes, nothing has passed north or south

I had my light breakfast this am, for the rest of today is just clear liquids... protein drinks werent on the list, so I'm assuming theyre a no? I know, I know...I should have asked the nut in my last visit. I wasnt thinking. Of course, now I'm hungry.

I'm getting sleeved May 23rd... I'm not trying to get too ahead of myself, but I dont have too much inventory... I was thinking of getting a couple of long skirts in smaller sizes but with a waist band to adjust or something... I work for a "biz casual

I'm on the path to get sleeved May 6th... I still have to meet the surgeon on Apr 26th for my consult. I guess theyre assuming insurance will approve in time for May 6th? Plus I have to tell my job and go on short term leave... anyway...

I first did medifast in 2008 with great success- I lost about 80lbs in a year .5...however I found it to be my only success on that program- meaning, I wasnt every nearly as successful any other time- I'd try it again, and again- and I'd lose a few lbs

Thats honestly the one thing I cant get out of my head. Does the stomach just heal over the staples or something? Do they last forever?
