I weighed in at Endocrinologist #2, looks like i've lost a pound in the last month: 162.4 - I'll take it.

Virdict is: subclinical hyperparathyroidism.  Recommendation is: I can have the surgery if I want (and I do).  Process: first I get a bone scan (non invasive outpatient procedure) which is more informational since I already qualify for the surgery due to my age, but still good for me to have.  Assess any osteoperosis or tendencies thereto.  And then schedule surgery.  She is referring me to someone who by reputation is excellent in this field.

More bloodwork taken.  Love this doctor, but lab techs kind of rude.
