Protein “Coffee Toffee Twisted Frosty”1 c. skim milk (I used Hood Calorie Countdown – 45 cals., 8g protein!)
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla whey
1 tbsp of decaf instant coffee
2 tbsp either Torani English Toffee syrup (thanks Marti!) or Torani SF hazelnut (only use if toffee is not available)
A couple of packs of Splenda
1 tbsp SF FF vanilla pudding mix (optional but I like the resulting creaminess)
6-8 ice cubes
Directions: put everything except ice in blender. Whiz a good minute or two. Add ice and whiz some more. Put in glass, top with whippage, plunk in straw and SLURP!
