Small wows....

Over this last weekend I had some small wow's. Spring has finally arrived so I pulled out the summer shorts. Keep in mind these are shorts I was barely able to button last year and this year, well let's say they are now in the give away pile. I need a belt to keep them on so I figured I better just give them away and get new. At this point I decided to go through my drawers and closet just to get rid of some the to big items that I will never fit in again, thank God!!My second wow was the fact that I fit back into my high school graduation dress. Now there are some areas that don't look flattering and I couldn't even try wearing it out of the house but the fact that I can put it on is amazing. I graduated 17 years ago and for 17 years I have gained and lived with so much excess weight that it began to feel normal. I wish I had done this surgery sooner.
My last wow was this morning at work. Each week I head out into the plant and weigh myself. Well this time on my way back one of my co-workers who see's me all the time and guessed my weight months and months ago (260) said "you are looking skinny" wtf...skinny me? I'm in the 190"s which is not even close to skinny but to be called skinny was amazing...ok well back to work....I can't wait for summer to start!!
