Hello!! My name is Kat. I am 30 years old from a small town in Ontario, Canada.
At my highest weight (that I know of) I was 604 lbs. Last I was weighed in March I was 568 lbs.
**As of June 10th I am 533 lbs! I have lost a total of 71 lbs!**
I am very motivated to lose this weight and have started trying to lose weight now, while I am going through the process to hopefully be approved by Humber River Regional Hospital in Toronto, Ontario for WLS.
I am currently walking almost a mile 4-5 times a week, I will be adding weight training shortly. I have cut out most carbs (pasta, bread, rice and potatoes).
I currently have a lot of health issues (due to my weight, for the most part.) that I am wanting to get under control. I have High Blood Pressure, Tachycardia, Diabetes (Type 2) and PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and Depression and Anxiety. I am so sick of taking a handful of pills each morning. I am 30 years old.
I am motivated, like never before to change and to become a healthier version of myself. Physically and mentally. I have a goal to be around 400 lbs by the time I have WLS.
