NEWEST PHOTO ALBUM JUST UPLOADED!Christmas Eve 2002 would be, I knew, my last trapped in a heavy body. My surgery date was set: Feb. 13, 2003. I've just put together a quick documentary album of my journey back into my body.
I have not yo-yo'd at all since my surgery date.
It is such a thrill to "be at home" in a healthy, strong body.
To guide other life-long dieters into this new way of living is what motivated me to create Embody Success coaching!
