... I'm still in size 8Long jeans, haven't yo-yo'd, still pumping iron with my trainer 2x weekly for 1 hr each session!I began teaching other post-ops my EMBODY SUCCESS method after they panic'd at how much weight they were regaining after 2+ years. Some were already scheduling surgical revisions!
