Its been awhile.... - since I have been on OH.....well, going on 5 months (Nov. 8th) and I must say I still do not have one regret.  The weight loss is starting to slow down ...well did lost two pounds ...

8 weeks post op today and HELLO "ONE" DERLAND!!! : - Yep, stepped on the scale this morning and there it was!  199.3!!! I could not think of a better way to start my day!!
