Hey My Family It has been a very long time since I have been on here, walter is doing the typing for me.
since the last time I was on here I havehad four strokes back to back on the left side of my brain, which made my right side very weak even my speech is so bad no one can understand me. and yes it at times makes me cry.
I'm not giving up nor giving out I am holding on to Gods word, his promise he made to me.

now they want me to wait 6 more months before my t.t. and my lower body lift which I do understand, but man it seems harded carrying around all this extra skin keeps getting in the way flopping here flopping there you know what I mean, rashes man I hate this.

just keep me in your prayers don't forget me I will be back in full swing soon with pictures love you all keep on making your goals. God bless

I am sooooo happy to see and read of so many of my sisters and brothers of OH is doing well even when they hit a stall you battle it out you don't stop you keep on running, Praise God.
this day and forever more watch what we say? why because you can have what you say, speak good even when bad is seen, don't give room to the devil. speak those things that are not as though they were. we are all pushing hard not just on wls but life its self, at our worst state so we think allow GOD to be and show you (his) Best!!!!!

Hi everyone, I call myself cleaning up my page so give some time. I don't understand I drink over 64ozs of water taking in my protein and also some what eating. walking up and down stairs, staying busy but I am gaining weight why? again this morning I gained three more pounds whats going on.

what am I not doing right. Dr.wood said I am doing everything right, so whats going on. maybe you guys can give me some tips please this sister is waiting for her familys help.

I love you all until I write again Oh did anyone go to the OH event here in Michigan if so tell me about it and if you have some pictures please show, I hope they have another one I am sure to go. I know I missed a treat.

well I am asking everyone to pray for us, we would like to adopt these two boys we have, which are brothers. ones 11 years old and the other is three years old, pray with us and for us that all goes well.

for me all is well, since so much weight lose I feel better, more active I can hang with the kids and tuck them out, but I have noticed that I do tired out fast I am taking all vits cal and protein right even eat when I'm hungry and if I'm not I will make sure I drink my protein.

well after all these years my DH and I said we will stop for a couple of years to get a break. raise our kids get us back in order. sorry for not being around sooner but I am here.

well first you know me I must give God his praise and worship, for another day all is well. I had a chance to talk with my angel nenna1950 she is doing great such a encouragment to me. she is 6 years out talking about a pro even on food tips she is great Love you Lynda.
well I have been doing great very busy with the six kids, ya we got two new ones, I have been busy and let me say lazy too I know I have not put up my new pics promise soon I will.
KiKi2007 saw me and the first thing she said you are skinny
that kind of hurt because I don't want to be skinny I want to be healthy. shes 5'9'' I am 5'81/2'' so any weight loss will look good on us. she also has lost alot of weight talking about a model kiki2007 is one for sure.
I am really enjoying my life, my marriage even more, my children new clothes I just get soooo tickled I am acting like a little girl, but at the same time I was fighting for my life through christ Jesus he has given total healing of my body.

I love all of you my support, my cyberfamily, my Friend you all of the OH family do and has played a big part in my life.
hopfully I will stop being so busy and lazy and put the pics up for you. its not much skin sagging as I thought it would be but there is some. with Gods peace I decree to you all until I write again.

Not much to say, things are going ok, I am now 199 pounds
29 pounds to go to reach my goal (170) thank you Jesus.
the only thing I am not happy with is my energy I tuck out fast, its like something pushing me to lay down and sleep.
other than this all is well.

I have to buy a new scanner I will put all the pictures up soon
Sept 14 made 7 months I can't believe in such a short time I can see my feet lol, to you all may God forever bless you keep you, never give up no matter what reaching your goal is right around the corner.

well praise God my family I pray that this new note findsyou all well in body,mind and soul. well I have been losing weight I am now at 216.0 thats after waking up and using the bathroom first. my problem is for five days I have not been able to pass stools. my stomach is some what swollen and hard.
you name it I tried it. nothing is working I can do nothing but trust God that this is not a sign that something else is wrong.
I must trust and have faith. you know I do not walk, I do not go to the gym any more but I do go up and down stairs at home waqshing clothes cleaning house, and my bedroom is up stairs so I say this is were I get mine in at. and I am still losing weight. isin't that something. well not much to say I am still here not going any where. to my angel Lynda I will be calling you soon. and to KIKI2007 thank you for your encouragement. I needed that you just don't know thank you my little sister.

Well hello my Wonderful OH family!! there is not much to say than taking it one day at a time, still learning new things about my new tool. yes, yes I can now see the real weight lose. oh my God I can see this beautiful person that was hiding for so many years. let me make it clear I am taking no credit I give it all to God, I as a OVERWEIGHT WOMAN now see this slendering woman coming forth is blowing my mind. from a 30/32 to 26/28 to 24/22 a 20 now even the 18 is too baggy on me. but there is one thing I KNOW for sure no matter what I can't let go of Gods word, I must hold even stronger to it chew it like never before. I have met some women that has had this weight surgery some reached their goal some still fighting but what I have noticed is they have changed. as if they are now the GRAND S....h...T you know what I am saying. yes change your mental thinking as far as eating, bad habits. but don't change your spirit that is your personality don't for get GOD the one who GAVE US THE DEVINE FAVOR FOR, WITH AND THROUGH THIS SURGERY.
keep encouraging yourself you beautiful butterflies. always remember someone believes in you. we are not perfect but in the spirit of GOD. we are not always going to have the answers to everything, even make mistakes, but that is why we are here on OH we got each other to help one another carry the load, cry with, Laugh with and shout a praise in God for each other.this race is not given to the swift nor to the strong, but to those who endure to the END.

hey guys! I pray all is well with everyone. just letting you know some photos I have post, and next week I will get the other set out and post them so you all which is my family can see the before and 4 month shots , short but sweet.

I am doing fine, all is well. 239 pounds, hey baby!!!!
for some reason I am slowing down to 1.4 pounds a day.
my goal is 160-165 pounds.

My vitamin D is down to 18 they want me to take 3 TBS of liquid vit D twice aday to get it up to 40.
everything else is good. Praise God

I will be posting my 1month - 2 month and 3 month pics soon
