Has it really been 4 years

I can hardly believe that it has been 4 years since my WLS. I have maintained my weight loss I went from size 26-28 to 8-10. It has been a blessing for me-no more insulin, stable blood pressure, no knee or hip pain and plane travel is comfortable again. The first thing my children said when they saw me after losing the weight was "watch out Mom is going to start traveling again"
