What a difference 3 years makes! 3 years ago I was stuck at 174 lbs and wondering if I had undone my WLS. I completed the 5 day pouch test, refocused on following my nutritional rules and now I am down to 152 lbs. and still losing. This year I will turn 72 years old, I feel healthier than I did in my 50's and my future for retirement looks rosey.
