Well yesterday marked 1 week of the low calorie diet recommended by the dietitian at the bariatric center. Liike I said before it has been hard, but good. I have for sure noticed change in energy. I know I have lost some weight, not sure how much, I will know tomorrow. Wow what a journey so far, and it only goes on. I go tomorrow to see the cardiologist for surgery clearence tomorrow. WOW, this just means im even close.. I have never felt soo nerrvous and happy the same time in my whole life.. So here we go trucking along.. Thanks for al the support, and especially JESSE from OH for the step by step help.. See u all soon!!Daniel
