Mary Ann, I was a seltzer-holic pre-surgery, I always loved the flavored seltzers that had no sweetener and lots of bubbles! That was the one thing I was concerned about when I was thinking about surgery, because my surgeon recommends not EVER drinking carbonated beverages after surgery, because the gas fills the pouch up and stretches it out. So, I gave it up cold turkey right before surgery and didn't drink anything carbonated for about 6 months. Now, if I need a change from water or Crystal Light, I get my favorite flavor seltzer (Raspberry too!), pour myself a small glass, and stir almost all the bubbles out. It still tastes good, especially over ice, but I'm afraid to drink much of it anymore. I used to drink gallons of it before surgery, but now it's just an occasional treat. Good luck to you.
