At this point I am able to eat almost anything I want.  No rice, pasta, ice cream, broccli, and mashed potatos but I dont miss them.  Everyday is a new day.  One day I can eat chocolate the next day I might puke for hours.  This past Monday, Jan 5th, I relized my sugar intake was high.  Starbucks Vente Sugar Free Vanilla Latte with a pastry and 400 calorie sandwich for breakfast every morning was not doing good for me.  That didnt include a 16oz 40g sugar frappe everyday sometimes twice a day and misc stuff I would pick up while working in the ER which included Sees candy and/or doughnuts.  Could this be the reason why I havnt lost any weight for the past 6 months?  Basically I worked myself up to be able to tolorate this high level of fat and sugar.  I work out at the gym 4 days a week so I figured It was ok.  SO.....Last Monday, Jan. 5th, a friend suggested that I go on a 5 day "restart your pouch" diet.  5daypouchtest.com.  It's for us people who feel like our "new pouch" dosnt work or feel like we have lost controll of the eating issues and gone back to our old habbits.   For the last 6 months I've stayed between 147 and 151. No I dont want to loose any more weight.  But last Monday I was 153lbs.  OMG I have lost control and have to stop it now.  Tuesday was a bitch going back on a sugar free liquid diet just like phase 1 after you have surgery.  Wednesday was ok but Thursday and Friday have been no problem.  I stayed doing the liquid for 3 days because I felt so good but I lost 12 lbs. not good.  Today, Friday, I weigh 141.  I feel great, no Starbucks pastry or frappe's wahoo!!!!! I feel full after a few bites of tuna or soup.  I feel like I did after starting solids after surgery.  Now food taists too sweet or salty and I have NO cravings!  If or when I should loose control again or maybe set a weight limit of 147 I will go back to my 5daypouchtest.
