Went and saw  the doc today.  The nurse lady freaked me out.  She asked to see my hole.  When I showed her, she said it was green and that she hoped the doc put me on an antibiotic.  So I went and saw the doc.  I first showed him the stitches sticking it, got rid of those.  Then showed him my belly button.  Said don't worry it looks good and normal.  I don't know about that.  He did take a stitch out there too.  Then I was scared to show him my hole.  I showed him though.  I told him what the nurse said.  He said it was not infected and was not green.  However, if cleaned it out for me and asked what I was doing.  I told him I was trying to dry it out like he said.  He then said not to do that.  It needs to heal from the inside out.  Said to keep it covered and use ointment on it, and get in there and put the ointment inside with a q tip.  So no stitches on that.  I do feel so much better though.  He said if it gets worse to call him.  I am glad no more antibiotics, the last round gave me a yeast infection.  Also, glad it needs to be covered-no more ruining my clothes.  I get to go back to work on the 10th as planned.  I am happy about that.  I see him again on the 11th.  Will update then.  He said the hole will take about a month to close.
