Hi Friends!!  Well.. I'm 40 and married to my husband for 20 years.  We share 2 kids.  Travis my son is 18 , just graduated from High School... Yikes!!  And Lindsey my rocker girl is 14.  She's going to keep me busy. 
My story is like all of you.  Weight has been an issue for most of my adult life.  one yo-yo diet after another I just can't do it any longer.
My weight has been effecting every area of my life in recent years.  Deep down I'm this jock... loves to play softball, volleyball.. weekend frisbee football.. going to the beach.. you know what I'm talkin about.  I've done nothing but avoid these situations in recent years and I've had it.  I'm ready to start living again and nothing is going to stop me this time.
