Hey guys long time no post... - Just wanted to let you all know that I am still around, we moved to Guam and have been trying to get all settled in...so starting next week I will be diving back into my workouts.....

Happy Easter Workouts - Today was supposed to be a long run of 11 miles...I was not feeling and was only able to pull out 6....I know I can do it, I did 10 last week...it was just not there today...I feel...
