I'm now down a little over 60 lbs.  Bought size 18 jeans last night (not bad considering I started in 24's 4 months ago), 16's will hopefully be soon as the 18's aren't tight at all.  I'd probably be in a 14 if it weren't for the flab around the middle that just won't go.  Still very happy with my decision to change my life with the surgery.
