I am 48yrs female and even as my friends and family say I don't look like I need to have the surgery. But I need to do this for myself. I am a diabetic,hypertensive, GERD and now have high cholestrol stay fatigue all of the time. I started weighting at 256lbs and have gotten down to 224lbs which is getter harder to get off and keep off so I need the help. I have a 1yr old granddaughter that I am raising and she is a hand full, so you know I need all the engery I can get to keep up with her for the next 17yrs. Please pray for me that things work out the way God wants them to and I hope he is granting this surgery for me. I also take care of my mom who is diabetic and is on dialysis which has made me come to this conclusion. Watching her three times a week go through this is so hard for me and preparing her foods. I don't want someone to have to do this for me. I need to get this going so I can use the tool the live and eat right. Well I thank all of you for sharing your experiences they really have help me.
