I started this whole process in the summer of 2005. Finally had all my tests done and was approved for surgery in no time, which I am very thankful for.
I have lap RNY on Jan. 24 06. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself. When I was about 2 weeks post op I felt very depressed and asked myself numerous amounts of times, what did I do to myself? Then as time went on, I felt better everyday.
Now almost 10 1/2 months later and a whole new life I am so grateful for everything! I started out at 286 pounds and I am down to 160 I am 10 pounds from goal!!!
