What a day of eating should look like!

Here is what an average day of eating looks like for me.

6am 12 oz water

6:15-7am 16oz Crystal Light while exercising

7:30 Breakfast: Egg cup cake! I'll share recipes below. 10 grams protein

9am 16oz Crystal Light

10:30 3 Protein Balls (see recipe) 7 grams protein

11:30 16oz Crystal Light

12:30pm Lunch (various heres one thing I like to have) 20 grams protein
.5 cup oat meal
.5 cup cottage cheese 
10 almonds
dash of cinnamon
ind. pack splinda
All mix together! I am told it looks like throw up but It's good!

2pm 16oz Crystal Light

3:30 3 protein balls 7 grams protein

5:15-6pm 16oz water while exercising

7pm Dinner (various heres one thing I've had recently) 20 grams protein
Taco Less Taco
3oz ground lean hamburger cooked with onion on taco seasoning
2Tbls Shredded 2% Cheddar Cheese
little lettuce
little tomato
1Tbls sour cream
1Tbls salsa

9pm 16oz Propel Dinner holds me over tell the AM since we don't normally eat tell 7/7:30pm

Recipes:

Egg cup Cake:


Preheat oven to 400

Scramble 9 eggs, add 1 cup water, 1/3 cup powdered milk(for added protein, you could use unflavored protein powder) set aside

Cook: Sausage, Bacon, onion, Whatever you like

Add to eggs, add cup of cheese if you like and salt and pepper to taste. Pour in lined muffin pan.
Bake for about 12mins

Another alternative to this would be to cook up you mix ins add them to muffin tin then crack one egg over each tin.

PB Protein Balls:

1 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup powder milk
2 scoops protein powder ( I use Walmart whey vanilla, you can use whatever you like)
3/4 cup oats

Roll in balls. Little Smaller then golf balls Freeze, Eat frozen or thawed.

You can add crushed nuts if you like too.

WLS Friendly Pizza:

Preheat Oven to 375

1 low Carb Tortilla

Put on Tortilla
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce 
1/4 cup 2 % mozzarella cheese 
cooked sausage, hamburger, ground turkey (whatever you like)
4 Turkey pepperoni

Bake on stone for 6Min's or until done to your liking
