40 lbs loss in a month

It is the weirdest feeling when someone says "I can so tell your losing weight, you are shrinking" and you look in the mirror and see the same person the same size as last month. Does anyone else feel this way? I'm starting to think people who know about my surgery are putting extras on my weight loss.

Magnesium citrate is no joke, I'm having my surgery in the morning and for some odd reason I'm not nervous not at all true story I'm sleepy I wonder how I will feel in the morning Oh well good night...

I can't believe in 5 days im having surgery . I walked in Dr. Suh office schedule to get the VSG and walked out schedule to get the RNY.
