  Well just got off the phone with oshu and its still not been sent to  ins. company yet  they said it will take another week befor this happens  and I was told that my surgury will be after the first of the  year  after i was told it would befor the first of the  year  this is so fusterating

  Well OSHU has not sent the papers yet to my ins company as of today  I realy wish they would My hopes of getting this done befor the first of the year is not looking so brite . well who knows I might get surprized sence the only thing left is pre-op apt  and surgury as I have done all of the other tests  and everything .so I will update more when I get A date wich is soon I hope !!

well I'm at a point where I  go to my pcp tommorow and everything will be sent to ohsu then they will sent it to my ins. for autherization  wish me luck every one I will update when i get a date .
