Anniversary Month

Mar 14, 2013

I am so proud of myself for being courageous enough to go through with my surgery last March. I no longer have knee, ankle, or lower back pain. I can do more with my children and daily chores around the house. I'm floating around like a big butterfly;) I have two more pounds to lose to reach my 1 year goal of losing 100lbs. This journey is and will forever be an ongoing challenge for me. My weight lost has slacked up since September since only losing 8lbs in 6 months is NOT GOOD FOR ME. Of course, I know the winter weather and the holidays had an large impact on this. Not wanting to get up and go to the gym when it's 30 degrees out and too much of the high calorie foods during the holidays. These things I will learn to manage as I strut into my second chapter of my rebirth. I am so excited to push myself in the gym and to challenge my diet so as to lose an additional 70lbs over the next year or SOONER!! Im going to push myself and I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!!! Not for her Not for him Not for them but FOR ME!!!! To all of those on this weight lost journey with me I wish you all the strength and ambition to reach goals and to those considering this procedure...3 words...JUST DO IT!!!
