Obsessive Much?

I'm thinking I need to weigh myself just once a week like a lot of other OH people do.  Because I am getting way too obsessive about hopping on the scale every day.  I'm at a point where I probably get on at least 10 times in a day and evalute why I think I weigh what I do.  When I was doing Weight Watchers I did the once a week thing and it worked out really well.  My husband has hidden my scale from me (it's like crack or something, how sad is that?) but I just ended up flipping out and demanded that he give it back to me even though I had demanded that he NOT give it back even if I demanded that he should when I first told him to hide it.  ARGH, I'm crazy.  LOL.

I'm thinking every Friday.  That's when I used to weigh in so why not start up the trend again.  Now if I can just stick to it without fiending and I'll be one happy girl.  It's like, I understand that this tool is not an overnight thing, but I still obsess and I need to work on that.  *sigh*
