I am so unhappy with myself and just don't even want to leave the house.  I perform in a few weeks and feel like a cow.  I can't wait to go to my appt.

Well, I called Summa today and am scheduled for the seminar on the 26th of Jan.  Talked with Shirley, and she sure is nice just like everyone has said on their reviews.  I am looking forward to seeing what happens next .

Does anyone know if Metabolic Syndrome is a legit diagnosis for lap band surgery?  I have Summa care insurance starting January 1st. 

I gained 40 lbs. back this past year.  My husband had a massive stroke due to bacterial endocarditis.  He had a mosquito bite that contracted a staph infection. (MRSA)  No other health problems and never drank or smoked.  Total shock to our family.  He was 39 years old .  So for 3 years I have been working and taking care of him.  I also take care of my father with dementia.  The stress is terrible at times and I numb the pain with food unfortunately.  It is a good thing I don't drink or smoke.  LOL   I need support and am miserable.
