Hello Everyone,I'm getting so EXCITED Last week I had my appointment with a nutritionist, Psych,and had an EGD all in one day..whew!!
I am so Happy ...I feel like I am actually getting somewhere!.
I was scared to pieces about having that EGD but a good friend of mine said she had it too and that I shouldn't worry so much about it.. the EGD went Great... scared for nothing!!!!!
My PCP wrote a letter for the insurance company, My Surgeon requires you to attend a class/seminar that he will be teaching..I do that March 6th..I am so ready to start my new Journey!! I am already sampling protein drinks..got new walking shoes.. a Filtered water picture for my fridge...I just Pray my insurance will cover most of my surgery! more thoughts later!!!!!
I want to wear a Dress..I want to wear undergarments and feel pretty in them, no rolls hanging over(like a extra set of boobs on my back) and have NO red too tight clothes marks..I want to wear something that can actually be big on me...I want to laugh at myself and feel good about ME when I am laughing(maybe not pee on myself) ..
I want to ride a bike, jump rope..Run & play for hours with my grandchildren..I want to Live to be old with my beloved beside me.... I want the sun to shine on my face, The wind to blow through my hair, the sand between my toes, I want to be able to Breath...I WANT MY life back...I just want to be Me who I am on the inside to show on the outside!!!!!!!!
