Big Fat Disappointment

I have not blogged since sep 6 2018.  There is reasons for it but the main reason is that I stopped doing my diet.   I have just been over eatting like crazy and tomorrow I will be starting up the diet.  I didn't last very long and my husband is doing so well on cig.  Oh he is cutting back on cigs and im cutting back on food.  I work towmorrow so it will be easy to get back on track how ever staying on track is my issues.  I have decided to put my sleeve plans on the back burnner.  I am wanting at least one kid before I get the surgery bc I don't want to wait for 2 years after the sugery.  So i will have to first get the house, then the child, then the sleeve.  I hope I can do it all.  I am gonna stay on the diet though out the whole time (I hope).  I have joined a group on facebook  Gastric Sleeve The New Me !!!!!  and  Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group For Women... I am reading alot of stuff I don't like about it.  But the weight lost photos are making me want to get it.  What I am most afread of is not liking food the same after.  I also don't want to be afread of eatting having to write it all down and count everything and not beable to enjoy the food.

Chunky Princess Loses A Battle

I had a busy day yesterday so I didn't eat right or on time.  

  • no breakfst
  • lunch: beef and bean burrito 2 surving (didnt know that 1/2 a burrito was a surving)
  • Dinner: me and hubby didn't have time to cook (didn't want to I'll tell the truth) I was really hungry and ended up eating a whole pizza over a few shows that we watched together.  I didn't realize I was eating that much and it just happend.  I stoped when my tummy started hurting and it was already done.  No going back.  
  • snacks though out day: vienna sausage orignial, mini oreo snack bag, butterfinger skulls 4 of them though out day.  

So I'm not happy with myself today.  In fact my tummy hurt this morning too when I got up.  I'll have to do better, but its only one day out of millions.  I do not think that I loss the war just a battle.

Lady of Weight

I didn't post yesterday bc I went to Magic Springs and Crystal Falls with My mom and a close friend.  It had been a while since I had been to the park.  I had one year been told at a state fair that I couldn't fit in one of the rides, so i was worried that I wouldn't be able to ride any rides.  That was not the case I got to ride all but one but another one they realy had to push but I got to ride. Here is what I ate and how may steps.  

What I ate

  • Breakfast: vanilla yogurt about 2 cups and about 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • Lunch: chilli cheese Fries (could not find any magic springs menu so went with wendy's chillii cheese fries it was the highest cal count) and a chesse burger
  • Dinner: honey weat bread, kettle cooked jalapeno lays 1 pkg, mustard, back forest ham, lunch meat, american cheese slices, 1 brownie bar fiber.  
  • Snack: thompson white seedless grapes

Exercise

  • Steps 8075
  • Swimming in the wave pool and the lazy river.  I only put 60 min bc Idk what time I started.  I think we ate at 3pm and got in pools at around 4:30pm

I got up late today so I cleaned up kinchen and then weighted myself and it was 281.  I have not had anything to eat or drink but water today.  So I think I am filling hungry.  I find it hard to know when im not hungry anymore while eatting.

 Day two:  Had day off.  Its really difficult to stick to my plan.  I sleep late on my days off so I don't get breakfast till later.  My schedule that I usally have is:

  • 4-5 breakfast (eating while getting ready and on way to work)
  • 8 am is snack (first break at work)
  • 11 am is lunch (20 min lunch break at work)
  • 2pm is snack (last break at work)
  • 5-6 dinner (getting off of work and heading home)

Today so far I have had 2% milk and apple cinnamon cheerios for breakfast, Lunch was chicken ranch club flat bread melt lean cuisine, I wiwas gonna be eatting meatloaf with mashed patatoes lean cuisine but friends and I went out to subway and I ate a 6 " samwitch italian hearb bread and black forest ham with light letuce and cumbuber  with light ranch and hunny mustered, and snacks sharing size peanut M and M, and pretzel sticks fat free.

My Journey

This is day 1 of my weight loss journey... ( Im not much of a writer so this is not gonna be a ever day thing).  Just wanted to share.  I worked today 12 hours.   I find it easier not to over eat at work bc i'm always having to move... Line operater so Im walking back and forther all day long building things and packing them on to a skid to be shiped out.  Its not that avtice but its not a desk job.  Today I did 8481 steps (nothing impressive) .  At work I ate thompson white seedless graps 2 survings, a large salad with iceberg lettuce, sun flower kernels, classic ranch, tomatoes,  and for a snack assorted fruit snack the mottes kind.  I went to get me some groceries for the week.  So I walked in fully intending to get microwace meals mostly lean cuisines bc they are supose to be a diet type meal (that is what friends have told me I don't really know.) My thought was if I eat microwaveable meals they will halp me protion right and not over eat.  I was standing there looking at them and started to panic.  I picked 3 that looked good and moved on.  I was gonna get 3 for every day but it didn't happen.  I think my panic was about not liking them and not getting full off of them or still being hungy.  I called my mom and she said some that helped me.  That after eating the microwave wait a bit and if I am still hungry then I can have a hand full of nuts or pretzels.  So that calmed me down a little.  What do ya thing about it.  Came home put groeries a way and fixed my first microwaveable meal.  Lean cuisine lasagna with meat sauce.  Not bad really I use to hat microwavable meals they just was not my moms cooking.  I also drank a lot of green tea citrus lipton... like 3 or 4 survings.  So I have eating 1428 cal.  myfitnesspal says if I keep eating like this I will weigh 269 lbs in 5 weeks.  Share Your Thoughts. this is the lean cuisine

I Am Krystal

My name is Krystal.  I am not a great journal keeper or speller so bare with me or stop reading.  I work 12 hurs a day for 3 to 4 days a week at a factory.  I am married.  My hubby love me no matter what.  He has told me may times.  We are wanting to buy a mobile home and put on my land, start a family, and I am wanting to lose weight.  I am close to my mom.  I have been big for most of my life.  My mom had said that I stated gaining weight when my grandmother (granny joyce) had passed.  I want to say I was to young to know what had happend but Im guessing I was 6 to 8 years old.  I started asking doctors about diet pills when I was a freashmen in high school by the end of high school I weighted around 180.  Once out of high school though about going to college got the run around for enrollment went to work at the factory 12 hur one week work 5 days and one week 2 with at leat 2 overtime days a mounth.  I asked about the lap band and was told I didn't weight enough.  I was keeping my weight the same not lossing but I was not gaining.  So i was happy to be around 180.  I met my hubby and after dateing a while the weight stared going up.   I didn't know untill I tryed to put on my jeans 18W and they were to tight.  I worked nights so I guess I were PJs mostly to work.  Its a factory at night so noone would see me and PJs are comfy.  Well I went and tryed on jeans and found out that I wore a 24 somehow with out even knowing I jumped up that much.  Me and my hubby got marryed april 1 2017 and a while later I started dieting and nothing was working I had tryed to look into the lap band again but didn't know how to get started.  Well I told my mom and asked around at work bc I knew that some people had had sugry.  So I wanted to ask how they go started.  Went to my doc.  she said that he had no ideal how to start or anything about it.  I am no 26 in jeans.  My mom found a group that meets on tues and I went to there meeting got a lot of info package on how to start, asked my qustions.  found out I would rather have the sleeve then the lap band.  And that I need the sleeve before i have kids.  Called Insance and found out that the doc at the meeting were not covered so I have to go to diffent docs.  I was a little upset I like them.  took the new meeting and test that fallowed the meeting and then was told that I have to talk to my doc and be on a diet for 6 monuths to get the surgary in the first place and I have to go to the doc every other mounth to get wieght so they can oversee that im on the diet that they pick out for me ( I dont have the money for that).  It was all a hit in the stomach.  So I ate alot over that couple of days.
