I didn't post yesterday bc I went to Magic Springs and Crystal Falls with My mom and a close friend. It had been a while since I had been to the park. I had one year been told at a state fair that I couldn't fit in one of the rides, so i was worried that I wouldn't be able to ride any rides. That was not the case I got to ride all but one but another one they realy had to push but I got to ride. Here is what I ate and how may steps.
What I ate
- Breakfast: vanilla yogurt about 2 cups and about 1 cup of sliced strawberries
- Lunch: chilli cheese Fries (could not find any magic springs menu so went with wendy's chillii cheese fries it was the highest cal count) and a chesse burger
- Dinner: honey weat bread, kettle cooked jalapeno lays 1 pkg, mustard, back forest ham, lunch meat, american cheese slices, 1 brownie bar fiber.
- Snack: thompson white seedless grapes
Exercise
- Steps 8075
- Swimming in the wave pool and the lazy river. I only put 60 min bc Idk what time I started. I think we ate at 3pm and got in pools at around 4:30pm
I got up late today so I cleaned up kinchen and then weighted myself and it was 281. I have not had anything to eat or drink but water today. So I think I am filling hungry. I find it hard to know when im not hungry anymore while eatting.
