It's been a long time....

Well since I last logged in I hae been to the hospital twice with problems.  A piece of chicken got stuck & the ER staff couldn't do anything I was vomiting for 3hrs, then they called the surgeon to release the band after they stuck me 13times.  The second time I just couldn't eat anything they did all kind of test but the sharp pain would  not go away.  Soooo over the holidaydays since Thanksgiving I have not had a fill the Dr. thinks I needed a break.  Well the break make me gain back 7-8lbs but since I have lost 4 so on my road to success & focused.  I'm on my wii fit everyday & I love it. also started restraining myself with food intake until I can get another fill.
