It's been a long time

Well I decided to sign on today just to get a status of my weight loss and boy was I surprised.  I feel so much better if I could only release this stress.  Over the last couple of weeks I have been really stressed and it has definitely affected my eating habits.  I have only been able to eat very small portions & minimal to water.  I'm making an appointment with the Doctor but I know personally its the stress. 

On a good note I'm almost at the 50 pound mark which I don't think is to bad for 14 months and only 1 adjustment.  If I get pass this stress thing I might get another adjustment but I'm comfortable for now.  I was never a small person so one more dress size (size 14 here I come) and I will be happy and content with myself.
