Been a While

Well it has been a while since I added anything. Just uploaded a picture from one of my 5Ks last month. Running steadily now getting ready for a 5 miler nexr week and a half marathon before the end of the year. It feels great to be so active, i have never run this much in my life!!! Feel great to be at goal and holding!!!!
