"My first impression of Dr. Quilici was that he is very kind, caring, and respectful. During our consult, his cell phone rang. He asked me if I would mind if he answered the call (wow!) and when I told him I didn't mind, he apologized profusely for having to take it and thanked me for allowing him to do so. When he was through with the call, he felt he had to explain himself (sweet) and told me it was the hospital asking him to ok a release of one of his pts. He then apologized again for interrupting the consult, and again thanked me for letting him take the call. He is extremely polite and has a gentle nature. He made sure I was comfortable w/the info he was giving me. He was very thorough. He's got a very extensive after care program. You must agree to go support group after surgery (run by a registered dietician, Sally, who's terrific!!). I met with her for 45 mins on the day of my consult. WOW!! She is extremely thorough and provides excellent visual aides. As far as pre-op goes, I rate Dr. Quilici a 10 of 10. Since I haven't had surgery yet, I'll come back here post-op w/an update."
