I really don't have a story, I love to eat, don't like to cook, haven't worked out and just had a baby. I hate how I look and I am ready to do something about it. Obesity has been a part my life over the last 9 years. Funny thing is that's how long I've been with my loving husband. I have gotten comfortable and now I am uncomfortable in my own skin. My family history has obesity, HBP, Diabeties, heart disease and thyroid issues. The only issues I have is lower back pain, IBS, and a high BMI. If I don't do something now I fear what could become of me. 2008 is the year of new beginnings and litearally I am looking for my new beginning. I am ready and willing to take this journey.
