4 Year Anniversary!

How the heck do I even update this? I just had my 4 year anniversary and am SO exceedingly happy I had this done with Dr. Aguirre in Ensenada, MX. I've done a ton of reflecting in the past month and am just blown away by this whole journey.

Weight lifting, eating cleanly, sweating a lot, and keeping it all in perspective while not dwelling on the past has been a huge component to my success in 2008.

I read in Dr. A's page that many people were concerned about their safely, ect in Ensenado. I don't really know how to respond...this is a step of faith. You have to go with a good attitude, not looking for the worst in everything and you'll find it. If you go there ready to nit-pick every detail...you're gonna hate it. I loved it though. It was quiet an experience but I will cherish every memory of Ensenada! A couple times I was scared, thinking WTH am I doing here? I could die! Meh...anyway, I got over it and am a better person for it. I survived and am SO happy!
