2 Year Post Op Visit

Well today is my 2 year anniversary yeah!!! 130 lbs gone 4-ever. I had my 2yr post op check yesterday with Kat and Dr Weaver and all was well except for my iron being a little low and I'm going to start on an iron supplement to see how that helps with the minor fatigue I've had.
Other than that life is GREAT!!! Who would have thought I would be looking like I do today. surely not me....
It feels so good to walk into a store to shop for clothes now and be able to get almost everything I want because they have it in my size and I look good in it too!
Those of you reading this and just starting your journey and wondering if it's the right thing to do? Well I would do it again in a heart beat and sure wish I had done it years ago!!!
Follow the rules and you will do just fine!! That is key. Have a wonderful day and those that attend the monthly St Francis Support Group, see ya'll at the August party!!

12 month post op visit

I had my 12 month post op visit today and it was GREAT> 112 lbs gone forever. I feel great, look pretty good, and so thankful to be alive. Dr. Weaver is the best. Kat the Nutritionist is the best too. It's been a very productive journey for me and I will continue to work hard to maintain.
