More Changes...

Okay, here are some more changes that I either plan to make or already have made to my diet:Light yogurt instead of reg. *
40% less fat potato chips instead of reg. * (bought these last night - Cape Cod Brand, they're fantastic!)
low-fat cheese instead of full fat
light mayo instead of reg.
light ice cream instead of reg. (do we see a theme here? the list is mostly snacks but I don't constantly eat snacks, these are mostly changes that I plan to make if I do choose to purchase these items)
whole wheat crackers (Townhouse) instead of reg.
light salad dressing (I have to find a good brand, I'm thinking Ken's)
mini-bagels instead of full size *
I've run out of time, gotta get ready for work! I'll add more soon! Please leave a comment if you have any ideas, I need all the help I can get!
