All in our heads

Fitting into size 18 juniors @ Walmart. I actually bought a pair of size 16 jeans from Avenue last week. I'm not sure if their clothes runs big though... I was ecstatic when I pulled them up and they fit! A little snug around the waist but still... I haven't wore size 16 since before  I got pregnant with my son who will be 20 this August!
I'm just sooooo greatful that this surgery is STILL WORKING for me. I've read and heard  stories where people gained all of the weight back after a few years and was so scared that that would happen to me as well. I think I'm just DONE with being plus sized...
I've found that I'm really not interested in alot of the food that I used to LOVE! I think about getting a donut from Dunk's or a candy bar from the pharmacy when I'm checking out but then I'm like enh... I don't really want it. I wont enjoy it as much as I used to and I'm over it. But if I really DO want it then I get it. I try not to deprive myself all the time. It's better to treat myself every so often just NOT everytime I want something! I guess I just distract myself and think of something else.
I'm trying to describe what's going on in my head when I'm able to say "NO" to food. It's really all in our heads...
