Well, it is one day after Christmas and I am on my fitness craze.  I am getting ready to do my 5 mile trek.  I am off for the Winter Break so my goal is to walk everyday permitting weather.  I really would like to get these last 60 pounds off in the next couple of months.  I haven't done really bad given that I have lost over 100 pounds since last year this time but I would really like to reach my goal.  I am not waiting until the New Years although I hope to be in better shape next year this time than I am now.  I already am in better shape now than I was last year this time.  So I have truly many things to be thankful for.  Until next time.........................
