FEELING GOOD ALL OVER...

Today I feel so good..I have make a decision to be happy.. not to allow myself ( emotional eating) or anyone else to bring me down..I have made great some accomplishment in this new journey.  it has had its highs and lows, and that only because I didn't know what to expect, and the unknown can sometimes be scarry..
Went to the Dr. today I can start my exercises again, Yeah!!!! And I know the pounds are going to fall off now.. I also went to a store and was able to fit in a pair of 14 pants..(go me). 

Honesty I can say I have put myself under unneccessary stress, buy comparing myself to others journey..But today I am doing what it takes for me...I had to do some soul searching and realize what I have accomplished is good enough...this surgery is working on more than my body, I am doing a mental adjustment too..facing reality, what got me here in the first place..

Thanks to everyone who has encouraged me and shared their stories, it encourages me to keep going, even with the stalls...... PLUS THE SCALE HAS STARTED MOVING AGAIN...PRAISE GOD...
