One year anniversary

Today I am one year out.. I feel great.. The scale has moved another 5 lbs.  I am down to 190...it's awesome, because so many things has taken place in my life in  the last seven months.(stressful)..my size 14 pants are lose now, so I know it wont be long before i'm in 12's again..I have started back exercising, since relocating back to Ga..
 
I have started a support ministry for womens with addictions and destructive behaviors,, it will be  based on God and how he see us., and desire for us to live....I have learned so much since this surgery, especially the fact that I  still need him to help me..yes i've found out the hard way...Gastric is only a tool, but for the bad habits I have created for years,,I need God!!!
