Back on track

I have been a way for quite some time. I have hit a serious plateau and have been struggling to lose any pounds.  I am fluctuating in the 225-228lb range and have been here for the last 6 weeks.  I am really frustrated and confused.  I am going to schedule an appointment with the nutritionist and get some advice.

Of course, I am doing everything that I am supposed to be doing. I don't always get my breakfast in. I stuggle with getting the protein supplements down in the afternoon. The main culprit is late night eating.  On the plus side, I am exercising with more consistency. I take 2 classes a week for 60 minutes that are pretty strenuous. I struggle with getting in that 3rd workout.

I don't want to stay obese and I need to use this tool for all it's worth.  Has anyone experienced something similar.  I am scared that I am getting comfortable with my weight loss and on the cusp of regain.

I did go to the OH event in Seattle on Saturday and feel inspired to make this a priority again.  Keep me in your prayers.
